  • Live chat and e-mail functionalities for Call Center application

    We are a strategic development partner for Telia’s web-based Call Center platform. We expanded the application’s functionality by implementing integrated web chat and email-based incident management support. WebSockets are utilized for real-time data exchange, while the UI is built using Preact. The chat server is based on Node.js architecture and is orchestrated using Docker and Kubernetes.
