Get to know us
Hi there! My name is Siim, and I am a Project Manager & Team Lead at gotoAndPlay. I’ve been a Project Manager for over two years, and a Team Lead for a year. From my experience, working at gotoAndPlay is diverse and exciting – constant movement and going with the flow accurately describe our everyday life (taking an example from river Emajõgi that runs by our Tartu office). We are thrilled to take on any new challenges – making impossible missions possible, constant brainstorming and actions to improve our work-life are in our DNA.
We have two cosy offices in Tartu and Tallinn, where you’ll definitely feel at home. But if you are up for it, changing your location from time to time is totally cool, and you can work from anywhere in the world – from Prague, Valencia, or even Hong Kong!
We greet new teammates with friendly faces and open arms. Once you join us, you will be assigned a personal onboarding buddy, who will guide you through all specifics of your job during your first few months, and introduce you to our team and work processes.
Thanks to the general positive attitude and excellent work quality we’ve met and worked with a lot of great people and companies. We often work with some of the best professionals in the business, which has meant that we’ve always had a few projects in the running for various awards, but it also means that we’ve had a chance to work on some awesome ideas and projects.
Some examples and case studies of our projects are found on our website or our PLAY & NOPE Alliance website, but I’d happily mention some interesting recent projects and clients here as well – the Ellex website, Kuldmuna Arhiiv, Softrend e-shop, Pactum website, Apollo, Telia, Elektriteater, Endover Real Estate websites, Estonian Information System Authority and much more.
But we don’t only work together – at gotoAndPlay, we feel that we are more than just colleagues. Every month we all come together and take up something fun. Legendary summer and winter days are long expected, as much as travelling together in the homeland or abroad. The number of activities we do together is endless, and most of these memories have been captured on our Instagram.
gotoAndPlay is always looking for new talent, so if you are up for a challenge and would like to join us, I’d love to have you as my new teammate! So here it is – we are looking for a new IT Project Manager!
